My journey into fitness leadership started at Johnson C. Smith University, where I served as the Head Drum Major for two years, an experience that pushed me from being a shy individual into a confident, disciplined leader. In that role, I was responsible for keeping an entire band performance ready, holding them to high standards not just physically, but mentally and academically as well. That experience taught me how to motivate, lead by example, and bring out the best in people even when they don’t see it in themselves yet. Today, I carry that same mindset into my fitness programs pushing others to show up, stay consistent, and strive for excellence every day. My goal isn’t just to help you work out, but to help you grow into the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
